22. Sex and Negative Beliefs

This week Erika talks about how the negative beliefs about ourselves and our bodies impact our connection to others.  
3 ways to tackle those beliefs:  

  1. Acceptance in the here and now

  2. Express the feelings attached to the unworthiness 

  3. Absurdity, use something that makes you laugh and connect that those beliefs.
